Translation & Interpretation
We translate documents and speak for you at appointments.
We translate between English, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian, and we interpret during appointments at the municipality, the bank, an insurer or another office.
This is practical translation to help you understand and be understood. It is not a sworn (beëdigde) translation — if an authority requires a sworn translation with a stamp, we tell you and help you find a sworn translator.
Everything you share with us stays confidential.
What this service includes

Documents to bring
- The document you want translated (paper or a clear scan)
- The name and address of the organisation, if we write to them
- Passport or ID, if the appointment requires identification
- The date, time and place of the appointment for interpreting
Depending on your personal situation, extra documents may be needed. We tell you what to bring before we meet.
